Mission System Changes

There have been some changes to missions. Instead of needed a required word count per post, you will only need to make quality posts. The Kage has every right to deny a mission if the posts are not high quality. As for now however, you no longer need a word count.

Thought I should ask here so everyone can see, can the Kage themselves do missions for their respective village?
