Description: Gone with the Wind is a passive jutsu that allows Tonou a movement and speed boost in combat. Using wind currents created close to his body with chakra he allows himself to move effortlessly and without resistance in combat so long as his environment isn't effected. This speed allows him to punch, kick, run, leap, and overall move quicker than most because of the wind current. At a Genin level this Jutsu drains a lot of chakra.

Description: Tonou unleashes a barrage of eight rapid punches towards the target. The punches are separated by only a spit-second. This technique is used in close proximity. The slows are swift but not necessarily heavy, causing light damage opposed to a single punch.

Description: Tonou uses wind currents created close to his body in order to drastically speed the time of his double kick. The double kick is a kick to the body followed by a kick to the head in rapid succession. The instance between the two kicks guided by wind is a split second, and the wind element added to the attacks increase damage output.

Description: Tonou will build a large amount of chakra into his fist. When this chakra has been charged he will strike his target, releasing the chakra in his fist. This strike is enough to devastate most targets and even crack or crumble the ground beneath him. It is a solid technique for demolishing walls or stone pillars, because the release of the built up chakra upon strike causes a tremendous amount of force.
