Upon impact, the bubble explodes and releases a cloud of chloroform gas. The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity.
Turn immobilize them to slows them down for two posts. Paralyzing at the Genin stage is too much. At least against other ninja. Against non-ninjas thats fine.

I usually don't allow any sort of clones under the B rank level (for the exception of the basic cloning technique) but at 1/10 the power I will approve it. Fix the first two jutsu to slow instead of immobilize and I will approve.
