Name: Gale Palm /Reppūshō/ (Canon)

Description: Hiroshi says "Futon: Gale Palm" when used. A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Description: Hiroshi says his own version "Futon: Great Gust" when used. This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. Hiroshi's is has a good amount of stopping power but has a limited radius of a 2 meter diameter so is fairly effective when isn't avoided.

Description: Hiroshi can manipulate wind behind enemies to pull them forward about a meter within a 3 meter radius and then suddenly push them back 5 meters at most. This jutsu requires three handseals, the intention of it is a quick, unexpected obstacle for enemies to enable the user to get an easy hit on the opponent to knock them back. But due to the weakness of the jutsu it wouldn't work on any ninja at Jonin or higher, has a 50% chance to work on a Chunin, almost always works on Genin.

Description: Hiroshi hasn't quite achieved his Taikoku, despite having an early awakening at 13, he's only ever had it under control once and not for very long. When Hiroshi achieves Taikoku state it's at random mostly, usually happening when he is cornered or very stressed in a serious situation and lasts only 2 threads as a Genin.
