Thug Trouble

(OOC - How do you like the title )

Arakui just finished his ramen and sat down the bowl. He then turned to Daisuke. The two had just finished sparring and Arakui had won, even copying one of Daisuke's jutsu with his Sharingan. He was in a good mood.

"How is the ramen?"

Arakui noticed a group of guys staring at him from across the ramen shop. They looked like they were staring him down. Arakui ignored them and waiting for Daisuke to respond.

OOC: Not bad. No emojis though!

Daisuke finished his ramen with a slow slurp of the last few noodles. It was an excellent fried chicken ramen bowl, and this time it was above his expectations. Perhaps because he was tired and sore from the training they had gone through earlier in the day. The battle had been around noon, and now it was five.

"That was fantastic, glad you're buying."

Daisuke had gone through two bowls which meant Arakui would take a dent to his wallet. Daisuke caught something out of the corner of his eye. As he an Arakui began to leave he noticed five guys follow them out of the ramen shop. For some reason Daisuke had a bad feeling about them. They seemed rough around the edges. The biggest of them called out towards Daisuke and Arakui.

"Hey, you're one of them Uchiha eh? Always walking around like you lot are better then everyone else."

Daisuke could tell the man was angry and he stepped clumsily and drunkily towards Arakui, ready to take a swing at the Uchiha.

Arakui was caught off guard and was hit by the large guy charging him. He stumbled backwards and gave his head a shake. Arakui activated his Sharingan.

The guys surrounded Arakui and Daisuke. None of them had headbands which meant they weren't shinobi, but common folk. Arakui looked over at Daisuke.

"Hope your not too beat up from training."

Watching in total shock Daisuke was trying to wrap his head around why these guys would want to fight Arakui. Arakui was known for being rude and abrasive, and the Uchiha were constantly being accused of being conceded and arrogant. Perhaps this person had a bad run-in with other Uchiha. Daisuke ran out of time to think however as one of the thugs with a blue bandanna and a bald head came flying at Daisuke, a thin steel bar in his right hand.

Daisuke ducked under the swing. As the steel bar whizzed over his head, he shot is right foot out sweeping the attack off his feet. Before he had a chance to strike the defenseless aggressor he was grabbed from behind. Another one of the big guy's lackeys with a leather jacket and leather pants to match had wrapped his arms around Daisuke trying to immobilize him.

"A little help," Daisuke called to Arakui.

Arakui struck the leather jacket guy in his side causing him to release his grip on Daisuke. Then he punched the guy first in the stomach and then in the face, knocking him unconscious.

Arakui then turned to the guy with the blue bandanna. His Sharingan had picked up on the bandanna guy getting ready to strike Daisuke with the steel weapon. Arakui pulled out a kunai and threw it towards the bandanna man. The kunai clipped the arm that held the steel weapon, causing him to drop it as his arm began to bleed.

"Thanks." said Daisuke. Daisuke then delivered a round-house kick to the bandanna man. The kick connected with the man's face, sending him backwards and into the dirt, unconscious and bleeding from the face as well the arm.

The victory didn't last long however, as the other two thugs came straight for Daisuke, both armed with sharp knives. Daisuke prepared himself by drawing two kunai, one in each hand. He was still too tired from his Mind Control technique that he used earlier on Arakui to use any jutsu.

Meanwhile the leader charged Arakui, swinging both of his big fists above his head and slamming them down to where Arakui was standing.

Arakui leaped out of the attack just before the fists landed. Then he gathered chakra in his chest, and blew out a fireball towards the leader.

"Endon"

Arakui looked over to see Daisuke battle two guys. Trusting his friend he focused on the ringleader.

Arakui ran toward the ringleader drawing out his line-wire and began to circle him, enclosing him in wire as the fireball distracted him.

The sound of metal clashing rang through the air as four kunai made contact. Daisuke had blocked both of their attacks with his kunai. Without hesitating he slid across the ground behind them and kicked off the one on his right, sending him face first into the dirt. The second one turned just as Daisuke leapt forward and delivered a punch across his face. The second attacker keeled over and lay on the ground defeated. The first attacker came charging at Daisuke, Kunai in hand. Daisuke dodged the kunai and threw a chokehold on the attacker. In a matter of seconds he was unconscious. Daisuke looked around at the defeated thugs, and the looked over to Arakui's fight.

Arakui finishes tying the wire around the thug leader. He then uses Ryuuka no Jutsu. Fire shoots down the wire and binds around the thug leader. After being engulfed in flames the fire goes out. The thug leader falls to the ground defeated.

"That was too easy."

Daisuke walked up next to Arakui. The thugs began to rumble and awaken, but all four of them took off running when they came to. Daisuke caught Arakui smirking. "We should find out why this man attacked us before laughing it off, Arakui."

Walking up the heavily-breathing man, Daisuke pulled out his kunai. He crouched low next the guy, his eyes staring directly in the thug's. "Mind Connection Jutsu!" Daisuke had managed to utilize just enough chakra to establish a connection. He would bluff the guy out, tell him he could read his mind, maybe that would work.

'Now tell me why you attacked Arakui. You knew he was an Uchiha, why does that matter? Don't lie, it won't do you any good.'

Daisuke could see the wide-eyed look in his eyes. The man started to mumble, but then caught a groove.

"The Uchiha, they arrested my brother and shamed our family. This punk has that same arrogant look as the one who arrested my brother. I can't stand 'em. They don't fight fair them Uchiha."

'You are aware our Hokage is a Uchiha.. right?'

"I know, I'm surrounded by them.. tsk."

Daisuke looked at Arakaui with a 'i've seen it all look'.

"Idiot."

Arakui stares at the thug. He deactivates his Sharingan and removes his ninja-wire from the thug.

"I won't bother taking him to the police. He is not a threat obviously."

Arakui walks back in to the ramen shop and gets another bowl of ramen.

OOC: We done? I was expecting that to be more climatic. Whatever, our characters are friends now. xD

Daisuke left the thug on the ground and followed Arakui back in. He was a little concerned as to Arakui's nonchalant attitude, but knowing Arakui, it was perfectly normal for him. Daisuke sat down next to Arakui, this time putting yen on the counter for both of their bowls. Daisuke had never had a real friend, and he smiled thinking that for the first time, he knew someone he could really call a friend.
