Chuunin Exam Changes

So there have been changes to the prerequisites for the Chuunin Exams. We found that too many players were achieving the previous goals extremely quickly. In order to avoid and over flooding of Chuunin characters, we have made changes so that becoming a Chuunin takes some more effort and work.

For those of you who had already finished the other prereqs, the first Chuunin Exams will be an invitational, meaning we will invite people to participate rather than go off post requirements. All of you will be invited to the first exams. Be warned, only limited amount of people will rank up.

More Changes ~ So we are going to add another Major change to the current Chuunin Exam system. The requirements for exams are still necessary, but they will not guarantee you an exam. The Kage's of each Village and the other members of the staff will decide who they want to administer exams too.
