Description: The two tome sharingan has many abilities. The basic being heightened reflexes and agility. With the Two tome, Maou has a chance of predicting enemy moves, copy d and c rank jutsus used in the same post/phase/turn so long as they'r not Kekkei genkai. Being an ocular jutsu, he gains the ability to recognize low level genjutsu as well as placing enemies in basic genjutsu by establishing direct eye contact.

Description:The user quickly charges lighting charka in his palms, and then fires it off. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies at higher rank. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This technique is capable of being focused into a straight beam, similar to a laser.

The user can throw the spear, which moves very fast and causes a burst of lightning when it hits its target also having a chance to stun the opponent for 1 turn if the enemy is tired/exhausted. The spear can also be thrust directly into a target.

Alrighty, i changed by b rank jutsu, reduced the whip to 10 ft, and lowered the perks of lighting spear.
