Appearance: Greyish purple hair, he usually adorns a black or white robe that more resembles a samurai outfit than an average shinobis.

Personality: He is usually a laid back person and isnt easily angered. But when pushed to far, Kotetsu's personality can resemble his chakara nature of lightning. Meaning he will be swift and violent. Other wise he is a care free person that loves to mock people, be a loner, and act like a mischievous kid yet when it comes to serious business as in missions, he has been noted to act very mature for his age.
History:As an academy student kinai excelled in multiple levels, Mainly genjutsus. And thanks to unlocking his tomoe 1 at the early age of 9 when attacked by a feral boar while playing out in the forest he became proficient in taijutsu/weaponery. He was enrolled at the age of 11 where he was mainly a loner because of his attitude and personality. During his time in the academy quickly surpassed most of his peers and graduated in the top three of his class. To which he stands now as a fresh genin of the leaf.

Before you get too far into you WIP instead of Kenjutsu, we just go with Weaponry. Also Genin are allowed one element.
