Sakyo Uzumaki vs. Kiri 2 [Finished]

Yumo is a tall brute of a boy. He is wearing a skin tight leotard which is blue. He holds a small sword on his back, a simple Samurai blade. Yumo eyes Sakyo for a bit and then pulls out a water bottle, taking a long swig from it. He swishes the water around in his mouth for a bit, and then spits it down and winks at Sakyo.

Sakyo smiles at Yumo, but ponders in his own mind if their is an actual purpose for wearing a leotard under these conditions. Sakyo forms the Seal of Confrontation.

Only moments later, he throws 2 shuriken straight at Yumo before making a 90 degree dash to his right.

OOC: When using Jutsu you need to describe it / link your jutsu in your signature / spoiler it at the bottom of the page. Furthermore, I don't see a Seal of Confrontation in your Jutsu list.

Yumo side steps the shuriken. He keeps his eyes on Sakyo, following his movements. Yumo pulls out a kunai and keeps his stance open, ready for whatever attack or strike Sakyo has planned.

OOC - Seal of Confrontation is tradition in Konoha. When you hold up a half tiger seal before a spar/match as a sign of respect.

Sakyo grabs for two of his own kunai, one that is wrapped with a fuuton scroll. He makes a straight dash for Yumo now, thinking that if he can engage up close with him that he can entrap him with his Fuinjutsu: String Light Formation

Yumo allows Sakyo to engage him. Upon Sakyo getting within a few feet of him, Yumo turns to water. His entire body dissolves into a liquid that drops below Sakyo and appears behind him, aiming a hard punch at the center of his back.

Upon seeing Yumo dematerialize before him Sakyo hurriedly activates his Sensory Perception to find his opponent. Sakyo quickly senses his opponent behind him and turns around fast enough to counter the punch by simply brushing it away with his forearm and ducking yet moving toward Yumo whilst still holding both kunai in hand.

Now that they are engaged in close combat Sakyo makes his attempt to use jutsu. Aiming to slash down on Yumo's thigh, Sakyo says, "Fuinjutsu! String Light Formation!" and hopes that his attack connects

Once again Yumo turns into a liquid state, dodging the Fuuinjutsu technique. This time the water splits into two different forms, a Water Clone, and the real Yumo. Both appear on either side of Sakyo and throw punches from either side. "Hozuki can not be held."

Sakyo takes on a defensive taijutsu stance as he braces himself for what turns into a volley of punches from both Yumo's. Sakyo is succesfully fending off most of these attacks, but a few are connecting and continue to connect as Sakyo thinks amongst himself, "Hozuki clan? Water clones? Oh my..."

Sakyo drops both kunai and activates, "Futon! Gust Stream!"

He blows a gust of wind from his mouth which creates distance between them and simultaneously the water clone dissipates from the wind, leaving only the tangible Yumo in sight. As Sakyo propels backwards 15 meters from his jutsu he throws 4 shuriken at Yumo using his Gust Stream to increase their velocity. He hops that Yumo will avoid the attack by jumping straight up, and then Sakyo will throw 4 more shuriken at him once he is sustained in the air with nowhere to go.

The four shuriken appear to lodge into Yumo, the increased velocity sending them deep into his gut, however the damage in minimal, just breaking the skin as he turns to a liquid state as soon as the shuriken are struck. The shuriken fall to the stage floor, clinking as they do. Yumo reforms, this time with the four shuriken in his hands, and throws all four back at Sakyo.

Sakyo side steps the shuriken being thrown back at him, and once again runs toward Yumo picking up both kunai he dropped earlier. Utilizing his sensory skills he can tell by the unique chakra signature that this Yumo is real and not a clone, unless his clones are able to mimic an exact copy of the originals chakra. As he lunges toward Yumo he first slashes at him again hoping this time the real Yumo will be ensnared within the jutsu.

Yumo is captured within the seal, unable to break through. He hadn't hydrated since the beginning of the match, making his body solid and unable to change like it had before. Realizing this too late, he was ensnared by Sakyo's technique, leaving him trapped within the seal and open for an attack for the first time in the match.

Sakyo quickly manuevers behind Yumo snatching the boys left arm and twisting up and against his back. With his other hand he gently presses the tip of his kunai into the back or Yumo's neck.

"It appears the Hozuki can be held after all." Sakyo states coldly, his smile now gone.

Sakyo now looks to the proctor, confidant the match is won.

The proctor notices that Yumo is running out of chakra. Seeing that the fight continuing would be pointless he steps onto the stage. Winner is Sakyo Uzumaki.

Sakyo releases his fuinjutsu and withdraws his weapon. He gracefully bows before his opponent before swiftly leaving.
